Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order. To be eligible for a return, the mobility chair must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts included. Products that show signs of use, damage, or alteration may not qualify for a refund.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photos or videos of the issue may be required for verification. Once approved, Omnerica will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to the customer.
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected by our team. Once approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, damage during transit, or an error on our part. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Omnerica cannot be held responsible for items lost during return shipping.
Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, safety, or regulatory reasons. Customized or special-order mobility chairs are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Order cancellations are only accepted before the product has been shipped. Once an order is in transit, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process after delivery.
