At Omnerica, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase of the Jazzy Carbon, Black, with Batteries and other mobility products.
If for any reason you are not happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below for details on how to request a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
All accessories, manuals, and components must be included.
The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery.
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.
Products showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling are not eligible for a refund.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Products that have been used or assembled.
Customized or special-order items.
Items marked as “final sale.”
Opened batteries or accessories for the Jazzy Carbon, Black, with Batteries for safety reasons.

with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for shipping your item back to us.
Please do not send any item without prior authorization.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the receipt until your return is confirmed.
Omnerica is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refunds are issued for the product price only — shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you wish to exchange your product for another model or replacement (for example, a different variant of the Jazzy Carbon), please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@omnerica.com
within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos or videos of the product to verify the issue and offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they haven’t been shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, it will fall under the standard return process.
